It was a welcome return for Forum Sports client Isaac Gordon at the weekend, back on the pitch for the first time since August after a long spell on the sidelines.
The young Derby County defender helped the team to their first clean sheet of the season in the Premier League 2 with a 0-0 draw against Aston Villa.
A right-back by trade who can also operate at right wing-back, Isaac has been with the Rams since U12 level after joining from Sheffield United, and is part of Derby’s retained U21 squad for the 2025/26 season. Getting his fitness and rhythm back will be a big boost both for him personally and for the U21 group.
