James co-founded Forum Sports Management following a professional football career spanning over 20 years within the game. Having experienced the highs, lows, and complexities of the football industry first hand, his motivation is rooted in helping players navigate a challenging and often unforgiving environment.

He specialises in guiding footballers through every stage of their journey — from early development and career planning through to contracts, transfers, and life beyond the pitch. Drawing on extensive experience as a player and a deep understanding of how clubs, coaches and decision makers operate, James provides honest, practical support that puts the player first.

His approach is built on trust, long-term thinking, and a genuine desire to protect players while helping them maximise their potential both on and off the pitch.

Director - Head of Recruitment & Data Analyst

Lewis leads Forum Sports Management’s bespoke recruitment and performance model, drawing on extensive experience working within the Premier League and Football League. He has held roles as a tactical analyst and coach in England and across Europe, giving him a detailed understanding of the demands placed on players at the highest levels of the game.

Having worked closely with coaching staffs, analysts, and players in elite environments, Lewis brings a practical, performance-focused perspective to player development and recruitment. His work centres on understanding how players fit within tactical systems, coaching philosophies, and long-term club strategies.

Lewis is driven by a commitment to helping players maximise their potential through informed guidance and an honest understanding of what clubs are truly looking for at each stage of a player’s career.

Jordan Robertson

Jordan Robertson

Head of Elite Talent

Jordan Robertson is Head of Elite Talent at Forum Sports Management, bringing more than 10 years of experience in sports management and player representation. Throughout his career, he has worked on transfers and contract negotiations across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, building strong relationships throughout the professional game.

Before moving into sports management, Jordan enjoyed a professional playing career spanning more than a decade. Having come through the academy at Sheffield United, he went on to play professionally across England, Scotland and abroad, representing clubs at a variety of levels within the football pyramid. His experience as a player has given him a unique understanding of the challenges, demands and opportunities that footballers encounter throughout their careers.

At Forum Sports Management, Jordan plays a key role in supporting our players throughout every stage of their journey. Working closely with players, families and clubs, he provides guidance on career planning, contract negotiations and day to day player management, ensuring every decision is made with the player’s long term development and best interests at the forefront.

Jordan’s combination of first-hand experience as a professional footballer and his extensive background in sports management brings invaluable insight to the Forum Sports Management team, reinforcing our commitment to delivering the highest standard of representation and support to every player we work with.

Braidon Weir

Performance Analyst

Braidon joined Forum Sports Management after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, where he developed a strong foundation in performance analysis and the modern football environment.

During his time at university, Braidon gained valuable experience working within senior football, spending time in a first team analyst role at Worksop Town FC. This provided him with first hand experience of the demands of a competitive first team environment while further developing his analytical knowledge and understanding of the game.

His combination of academic achievement and practical experience has given him a well rounded understanding of the modern game, adding further depth to the expertise within the Forum Sports Management team.
